You've heard of "Pure Michigan" and "Say Yes to Michigan!" but how about "The Michigans: the Almost Islands of the Great Lakes"? This tourism slogan, created by the Ross Roy advertising agency in Detroit, ran only during the summer of 1971.
Luckily nothing falls into obscurity under our watch! This 2" x 3" rectangle magnet features a historical image from the collections at the Michigan History Center.
